All apartments are on ground level for easy access. Apartments face various directions, so residents can choose the view they prefer. Several apartments are designed for handicapped residents, as required by the American Disabilities Act.

Cherry Hills Estates offers a variety of apartment styles including a one-room suite in three different sizes, with a kitchenette, full bathroom , and sit down shower.

The one bedroom apartments offer a variety of floor plans. Some have a bay window or a bay door leading into a beautiful floral courtyard. Some have a walk-out patio door. Each has large closets, full bathroom with a sit-down shower and a full kitchen.

The two-bedroom apartments are very spacious with two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms with sit-down showers, a walk-in closet, full kitchen and numerous other closets for storage. The have either a bay window, bay door or patio door depending on the floor plan selected.

Each apartment entrance has a shelf for personal items, a nameplate, and doorbell for visitors. Garages are attached to the building so residents don't need to step out into the weather to get to their cars. Garages are equipped with automatic garage door openers and have enough space for storage shelves around the vehicle.

There is off-street parking for residents that choose not to rent a garage.
