Eve Millar
Administrator
Eve Millar is the Administrator of Cherry Hills Estates, bringing a blend of hands-on experience, compassionate leadership, and a deep commitment to resident-centered care. She began her Cherry Hills career in housekeeping in December 2019, advanced to Activity Director in the fall of 2020 during the height of Covid-19, and has since served in multiple key roles including Assistant Administrator and Kitchen Manager. Her background as a Personal Care Assistant and Medication Aide allows her to understand the daily realities of resident care and staff workload, shaping her decisions as an administrator who truly knows the work from the inside out.
Eve is dedicated to building a warm, supportive culture for both residents and employees, with a focus on dignity, respect, and open communication. She believes in strong teamwork, and creating an environment where residents feel at home and staff feel valued. Outside of her administrative duties, Eve enjoys singing and staying actively involved in community events. Her warm, friendly face is widely recognized and welcomed throughout the area.

Sherry Cozad
Nursing Administrator
Sherry Cozad came to Cherry Hills Estates in March of 2015 as an LPN on the floor. In September of 2017 she became the Nursing Administrator. She has been an LPN since 2004, an EMT since 1994, and has an Associates of Arts Degree. She previously had 8 years’ experience in Long Term Care and 5 years’ experience in the clinical setting. She was a member of the Cherry County Hospital Ambulance for 30 years. When the opportunity to return to Long Term care arose, she chose to accept it. She enjoys working with the elderly, assisting them in their later years and seeing that they are well cared for. As the Nursing Administrator she ensures each resident’s healthcare, physical, and emotional needs are met. Will Hoffman
Chief Financial Officer
Will came to Cherry Hills Estates as a bookkeeper with 25 years of experience. He was promoted to Assistant Administrator in May 2010. Will is currently the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Cherry Hills Estates. If it has to do with numbers he is your “go to” person. Will provides a friendly greeting when calling Cherry Hills Estates, and always is willing to help residents and staff.
